You're too big, WallyBubba...

You're too big, WallyBubba...
Nearly two and that just seems absurd.
Seems like just yesterday, you were headbutting your way
Out of Mummy and into this world.

You're too big, WallyBubba...
You barely even fit in your buggy.
You're clothes are age three, you can count to twen-ty,
Pretty soon I won't have to bend for you to hug me.

You're too big, WallyBubba...
What happened to my tiny wee baby.
You can walk everywhere, and brush your own hair,
You're a feisty little welly-boot wearing lady.

You're too big, WallyBubba...
You get more independent every day.
Soon you'll be demanding more shoes, and cleaning up your own poos,
And saying 'Mummy, I can do it. Go away.'

You're too big, WallyBubba...
You're growing so fast I can barely see.
You might be ginormous, but you're totally gorgeous,
And you'll always be MY baby to me. *downs gin*

  2. It's unbelievable how quickly it goes! When I was pregnant with my 4yo all my friends with kids said to cherish each day, because in the blink of an eye she'll be all grown up... so true! #WednesdayWords
